Our promise on your information

The short version

• We never sell or share your personal information with anyone.
• We don't run advertising trackers or sell your email to third parties.
• Your personalized workbook PDF is automatically deleted after 90 days.
• You can request full deletion at any time by emailing us.

What we collect, and why

We only collect what we need to build your workbook and (if you choose) send you the weekly Determined+ email:

• Your name — printed on your workbook cover and used to personalize the writing.
• Your email — to deliver your download link and, for Determined+, your weekly devotional.
• Chronic illness / condition — so the workbook language, imagery, and prompts fit your journey.
• Life stage (e.g. parent, empty nester, retired) — helps us pick the right tone.
• General region (county / state, U.S. only) — used for local encouragement; we never geolocate you.
• Year diagnosed — optional, used only to tailor a few reflections.
• Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

How long we keep it

• Your workbook PDF file: auto-deleted from our storage after 90 days.
• Your order record (name, email, condition, purchase date): retained for our bookkeeping and to support "resend my link" requests. You can ask us to delete it anytime.
• Determined+ subscription info: kept while your subscription is active. When you cancel, we stop sending emails and remove your subscription record.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.
• We do not treat your condition or health information as marketing data.
• We do not send unsolicited email — only what you signed up for.
• We do not use ad-tracking pixels or cross-site advertising cookies.

Who processes data for us

We use a small number of trusted service providers strictly to run the site: Stripe (payment processing), our email delivery provider (to send your workbook link and weekly devotional), and our secure database/storage host. Each is bound to protect your information and use it only to provide the service.

Your requests

To request a resend of your workbook link, visit /resend. To request full deletion of your information, or to ask any question about your data, email hello@livingdetermined.com and we'll take care of it.
